热烈祝贺担当者行动常务理事施晨阳博士（Dr. Victor Shi）当选2018/19届百华协会主席！祝贺包骏、潘文森、余久筠、王智瑶、朱立红、李怡平成为董事会成员，带领百华协会事业走上新台阶！

施晨阳博士是百华协会创始董事，在今年年底的竞选当中成功当选新一任主席。施博士也是担当者行动理事会常务理事，除了在全球医药商业领域卓有贡献，在社会公益事业方面也心怀大爱，担任乡村儿童阅读助学公益组织担当者行动教育基金会创始常务理事，无论在机构治理、爱心劝募，还是身体力行的乡村阅读推广志愿服务，都做出突出性贡献。

从2014年开始，施博士身体力行动员百华协会诸多爱心企业家积极参与公益，比如2016年4月“CHIC中国医疗健康投资论坛主题劝募活动”、2016年5月“杭州23KM阅爱暴走筹款活动”、2017年99公益日的“爱心募捐接龙活动”...... 截至2017年11月，已经成功实现了云南腾冲市“班班有个图书角”公益项目全覆盖。

施博士也曾经三次作为队长，亲自带队去往遥远的边陲小城腾冲开展公益活动，三年来，由施晨阳、余国良、王健、杨颖等人带队公益行，推动百华协会为云南腾冲176所学校，1361个班级捐建了班级图书角，近5万名乡村孩子和老师从中受益，通过高品质阅读，改变了一个县的教育生态。

覆盖腾冲全境以后，施博士和余博士致力于开发新的教育扶贫区域，在公益路上，他们没有止步，反之，他们走得更加坚定和深入！

Congratulations to Dr. Victor Shi！

The 2018/19 Bayhelix Board-elect has acted swiftly and elected him as its Chair ! 

Please join us in congratulating Victor and wishing the new board (Victor Shi, Jun Bao, Wendy Pan, Debra Yu, Zoey Wang, Carol Zhu, James Li) greater success at leading BayHelix to a new level. 

Victor Shi, one of the founding director of the Bayhelix, was successfully elected as the new Chair.  Dr. Shi is a member of Shoulder Action council, which is a NGO that devote to Improve rural education through reading. In addition to the contribution in the global business, Victor shows his great love in charity activities. Since 2014, Dr. Shi has led many members of the Bayhelix to attend charity activities in Tengchong. Till the end of November 2017, the Program One Books corner for each class has conducted in every school and every classroom in Tengchong.

Dr. Shi also has been a captain for 3 times, and he personally went to rural area to participant charity activities in remote villages in Tengchong. So far, Victor Shi , Yu Guoliang, Jonathon Wang, Ying Yang and other Bayhelix members has led or attended the activities and they had helped 176 schools, 1361 classes and nearly benefited 50 thousand rural children and the teachers through donating the standard and high-quality book-corners, training the teachers and share their knowledge. This has changed the education system of a county.

After covering the whole Tengchong, Dr. Shi and Dr. Yu were committed to find a new area to do something on educational poverty alleviation. They didn't stop and still work on it firmly and deeply.
